As, the total number of voters in Chennai is 39,00,000 and voters in the state aged above 100, are 7,627.
Speaking to media in Chennai, Chief Electoral Officer Rajesh Lakhoni said that, Vellore district stood first in housing maximum numbers of voters who are above 100, as 597 electors there are over 100-year-old.
