A fire mishap took place in Mumbai’s medical store in the suburban Andheri (West) locality in which eight people were killed on Thursday. Fire tenders have doused the flames.
Public Relations Officer of the Mumbai Police Ashok Dudhe said while they have yet to ascertain what triggered the fire, “a short circuit may have been the primary cause”.
An investigation is underway, he added. More details are to be come.
