They say Excel is easier than any other software, which gives you more functions and flexibility.

Tatsuo has not learned the art he makes overnight, but it took him a long time to become perfect. About 6 years after creating art on Excel, he participated in an Excel Authoshape Art Contest and won the Grand Prize. Since then, people like him fiercely and tie pools of praise to him. For the past 20 years, he has been making paintings in this manner.
