After the Corona epidemic, a new trend of people firing on Zoom calls (Zoom Call Lay Offs) has started among the companies. Now information has come to light about the removal of 800 employees of a UK company in the same way. Whereas just a few months ago, a company has laid off 900 workers on a zoom call. Actually, UK shipping company P&O Ferries is reported to have terminated 800 of its employees on a zoom call.

It is the second company to do so. This job taking zoom call was of less time than the normal video call. According to the report received, in just 3 minutes the company fired so many persons. On March 17, the shipping company sent a video message of a 'big announcement' to its employees.  In the video message, the company said that it will now run its operations with the help of third party crew providers.

Therefore, the service (job) of all you personnel is terminated with immediate effect. Today is the last day of your job.' The employees of the same company told that they were not informed about this in advance. But company officials say that the employees were informed by sending emails, post, courier and text messages. P&O Ferries is in loss of 200 million pounds (about Rs 2000 crores) for the last 2 years.
