Bengaluru: On Sunday, 8,852 new cases of corona infection have been reported in Karnataka. In the last twenty-four hours, 106 patients of Corona died. According to the Health Department, with 8,852 new cases coming up in the state, the total coronavirus cases have increased to 3,35,928. The death toll of this epidemic has increased to 5,589 with the death of 106 corona infected.

After recovering from Corona in the state, 7,101 patients were also discharged from different hospitals on Sunday. Of the 8,852 cases revealed on Sunday, 2,821 are from Bengaluru only. The Health Department has said in its bulletin that a total of 3,35,928 cases of corona infection have been reported in the state till August 30 evening. In this bulletin issued, it has been said that 88,091 infected people are undergoing treatment, out of which 730 are admitted in ICU.

It was also told that 27 of the 106 infected who died on Sunday are from Bengaluru urban area. Most of the patients were already having trouble breathing or influenza-like illness. So far, a total of 1,27,263 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the Bengaluru urban district.

A total of 28,52,675 samples have been investigated so far in the state. The cases of corona infection are continuously increasing in the country. On Monday, the number of corona patients has crossed 36 lakh. According to data from the Union Health Ministry, 78,512 new cases of corona were reported in the last 24 hours.
