On confusing customers on Apple, the Federal Court of Australia has imposed a fine of $ 6.6 million (about $ 45 million). The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) went to the court after examining the complaint of customers which were received by them.

According to the complaint, Apple had refused to repair them when the iPhone and iPad were purchased between February 2015 and February 2016. According to reports, the company has accepted this disturbance and inconvenience caused. The court said that if there is any discrepancy in the product, according to the Consumer Law of Australia, consumers are legally entitled to reform or change.

In some cases, the price of the product is also paid.  Apple said in the court that consumers' products were already repaired by the third party, in this situation we refuse the repair. According to an English website, 275 consumers complained about the error 53 of the products purchased from Apple.   

However, after downloading Apple's new iOS, some of the iPad and iPhone's technical breakdowns were overcome. After the investigation, started paying the damages to the customers.
