A suspect was shot dead in a sudden firing during a 24-hour art festival in Trenton, capital of New Jersey in the United States. Around 22 people have been injured according to the reports. According to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri, two suspects open fired at around 2:45 a.m. at the 24-hour Art All Night show which was held in the Roebling Market section of the city. One of the suspects has been identified as Tahaij Wells. The 33 years old suspect is being believed to have been killed by the police. The second suspect is in custody. Out of the twenty-two wounded people, 17 were shot and injured by gunshots and they were taken to the nearby hospitals. Onofri asserted, "It's a massive crime scene," and also informed that "multiple weapons" were found at the crime scene. The events later to the incident, of the festival have been cancelled. The organisers of the festival on Sunday expressed their sorrow on their Facebook handle. They wrote, "We're very shocked. We're deeply saddened. Our hearts ache and our eyes are blurry but our dedication and resolve to building a better Trenton through community, creativity and inspiration will never fade. Not tonight. Not ever." The case is still under investigation.
