ADGP Sudhesh Kumar transferred

Sudhesh Kumar, the Kerala Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) has been issued a transferr as the immediate step taken after his daughter recently was reported to have assaulted and physically abused his official driver. Loknath Behera, the Kerala Police Chief has commanded an allotment of Rs 50,000 for the treatment of the driver. Previously, the police driver's wife met Pinarayi Vijayan, the Kerala Chief Minister and handed him a written complaint against ADGP'S daughter. Recently ADGP Sudhesh's daughter is reported to have abused the police driver on Saturday morning for reaching late to pick her up after her morning walk. The Kerala Police Chief has also assured to look into cases of the senior officers misusing the facilities provided to them by the government of India.

Cases of some senior officers misusing their power over the public have been increasing these days. hence the state and the central government along with the police force is looking into such matters with greater depth. The Kerala police chief has also assured that if any such cases are found out, the officer concerned shall be punished accordingly. also that the public should not tolerate any sort of injustice or torture, rather should immediately inform the police.
