DELHI | In a shocking incident, a young man killed his landlord’s son over a petty issue. The seven-year-old boy was never found after he left his house telling her mother that he is going to his paternal uncle’s house. A police complaint was filed and the probe began only to end at the recovery of the boy’s dead body, a month later.

Avadesh Sakya, the tenant, is a UPSC aspirant, lived with the grieved family for over eight years as a tenant. He left the house and shifted to another one, however, did not cut ties with them and regularly visited them.

“He killed the young boy as his father (landlord) did not allow him to party.  He was unhappy over this.” A police report stated.  Avadesh accompanied the parents to the police station for filing a complaint. Avadesh Sakya’s house smelled foul and eventually, the kid’s body was recovered in a suitcase there.

While speaking to NDTV, the kid’s mother revealed, “He (her son) used to address him as Avadesh uncle. He fed him Chhole Kulchhe and promised a new cycle. He left the house telling that he would go to Chachi’s house and never returned.”

The police ascertained that the murder was committed a month ago, probably just after the abduction.
