Oats is not only delicious in taste, it is also very beneficial for our health. What if the vegetables are included in the oats? Today, we are telling you the same way.

Material:

Half teaspoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons ghee
2 teaspoons of oil
Half teaspoon turmeric
Green chilli
60 gms onion
10-12 Curry leaves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp cashew nuts
 1 star anise
1 green cardamom
2 cloves
1 teaspoon ginger paste
60 grams of carrots
2 tbsp green beans
50 gm peas
220 ml water
100 gm oats
Salt to taste

Recipe:

1. First of all, add oil to the pan and heat it. Once it is well heated, add ghee, mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, chakra flower, cloves and green cardamoms and mix well.

2. After frying well, add cashews, curry leaves, onion, ginger paste and green chillies and fry it for about 3-5 minutes.

3. Now add turmeric, green peas, carrots, green legumes and salt and mix well and then add water to it. Add water and mix it well and cover it, then cover it. Now leave it for 5 to 10 minutes to cook.

4. When the mixture is cooked well then add oats to it and mix it well and again for 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Now serve it hot and enjoy this dish full of tastes.
