America's famous psychiatrist Patrick Fehling compares mobile to dangerous drugs heroin. Now the biggest challenge is to identify how people or people around you are mobilizing or getting used to it.

says, if you spend most of your time on a smartphone. Even when talking to someone, your mind remains in the smartphone itself. You Keep checking your smartphone all the time. If you keep on touching your smartphone on the phone, and if you are more focused on your smartphone, then you have got addicted to mobile. 

According to Dr. Fehling, we check our smartphone more than 100 times a day. Spend five hours on web browsing and app. These times are growing year after year. By the year before, the average person used to have a smartphone in 85 times a day. He also says that our passion for the smartphone is increasing. We are getting addicted to it.

Flary, a researcher studied the tendency to use smartphones between 2013 and 2016. It tells us that we spend 300 minutes daily on mobile. Spend 8% of our time in browsing. Most mobile phones, WhatsApp and Instagram are being used on mobile. Flary's research reveals that users spend 15 percent of the time on the smartphone in music, media and entertainment content. While spending 11 percent of the time playing games, 4 percent of the time spend YouTube and 2 percent on using snapchat.
