Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari on Tuesday posted on from his Twitter handle to hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi.This leader contributed to Congress' fall in Gujarat. Now, Manish Tewari's tweet came days after the Congress suspended Mani Shankar Aiyar for addressing Narendra Modi as "neech" ahead of Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017.

In the row of jibes at PM Modi: Manish Tiwari from his twitter handle cracked a sneer which read

"All over the world at this time an old man with a white beard creeps in your house through chimney and puts money in your socks
In India, an old man with a white beard crept into your house through TV removed money from your pockets, cupboards, lockers& left you only in your socks"

Notably, when the row over Aiyar's "neech" comment turned into a shame for the Congress, party president Rahul Gandhi had condemned such language.

Congress leader Mani shankar Iyer said  previously "Mujhko lagta hai ki ye aadmi bahut neech kisam ka aadmi hai, isme koi sabhyata nahi hai, or aise mauke par is kisam ki gandi rajniti karne ki kya avashyakta hai?" Mani Shankar Aiyar was quoted as saying by news agency.

"The Bharti Janta Party and the Prime Minister habitually use filthy language to attack the Congress party. The Congress has a different culture and heritage. I do not appreciate the tone and language used by Mani Shankar Aiyar to address the Prime Minister. Both the Congress and I expect him to apologize for what he said," Gandhi had said.Later, Shankar was suspended from the party.
