From December 1, more than 3000 railway reservation centers across the country will be able to make payments with Bhima App. The Ministry of Railways is introducing this to promote cashless transactions. Bhim is a government app for money transfers and can be used for a small fee transaction as well as to book tickets..

However, after the purchase of tickets to promote a cashless transition in the railway, no additional charge will be charged for three months after the transfer of money. Every day Indian Railways is paying 80 crore rupees across the country on the purchase of reserve tickets. Out of this, the purchase of 30 crores is on reservation centers and the rest are booked through e-tickets.

About 15 lakh reserve tickets are booked every day in India. About 6 lakh tickets are booked on these reservation centers. In such a way, people will get a lot of benefit from Bhima App. Especially for those who pay big money, this arrangement is going to be quite safe and convenient.

The people who are buying reserve tickets after reaching Reservation Centers, 97 percent of their payment is made in cash only while others use a credit card or debit card.
