As the whole nation has been talking about celebrating a cracker-free Diwali and green Diwali to curb contributing to the already polluted environment, the big Thug of B-town Amitabh Bachchan's pictures of his family indulging in some firecracker-bursting was not liked by social media. For BIG B Diwali ended up getting met with some trolling also for burning crackers and  YRF movie Thugs of Hindostan . Earlier Big B posted a photo of him and his family wherw in He was clicked with his Wife Jaya bursting the crackers. The photo of the same did not go down well with most of his fans. Amitabh Bachchan shared two photos where his family could be seen burning crackers. One featured the Big B with only wife Jaya Bachchan, and the other also featured son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan burning crackers.

One person commented on the pic that , “Burning crackers this Diwali! Not cool at all...#pollutionfreediwali.” Another one wrote, “Please stop using crackers ...not even a single phuljhadi.”

While some even posted comments in the form of a request, “Sir please do not burn crackers. You are our role model. We learn things from you sir..... This is a humble request.”

One of them was fuming commented, “Amitabh ji pollution kar rahe hai...#save_environment” .
