Attitude, skill and knowledge, are three key elements to touch the pinnacle of success. It is a well-known fact that any person with a remarkable intermingle of all the above 3 characteristics will come out as a human being with lots of brainpower guidance qualities and mentoring abilities. But, the question is, Can any one of these attributes stand alone and guide a person to the zenith? The answer is probably NO.
As, we all know that in the present time of competitiveness every personality is expected to be skillful (adroit) knowledgeable (enlightened) and also must possess a correct set of attitude (optimistic approach) which is universally acceptable. A person with only a bucket full of skills (adroitness) required to complete a task with a very less amount of information (knowledge) on the subject and probably with an adverse attitude cannot be considered constructive for an organization for the long run.
‘’If you don’t have skills, it can be obtained If you don’t have knowledge, it can be achieved But, if you don’t have Attitude with no Arrogance, you are in problem’’ The dictionary meaning of Attitude also says, ‘’ a complex mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values and outlook to act in certain ways’’. Attitude, in simple terms can be any individual’s way of perceiving and grasping things with optimistic philosophy. This perception towards any situation or individual can again vary from person to person and can also be pessimistic and optimistic.”
What is it that makes a person victorious? Whatever might be the profession if we search for an answer to this questions there are many answers. Some feel it is hard work, some say luck, some give credit to talent or to God. With so many answers we have never understood precisely what exactly is required. Whatever we do!! To become victorious three most required things are Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge.
Attitude is the preliminary drive within us which awaken us from latent state to energetic state. Skill helps in doing things specifically and plays a very noticeable role in leading over other two. Knowledge is the base which supports these two pillars (attitude and skill).
