Nagpur: Spiritual guru and founder of Art of living NGO Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who has offered to mediate in the Ayodhya heated discussion, met the Chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Mohan Bhagwat in Nagpur on Friday.

Sri Sri landed in Nagpur on Friday night and said that there was a ‘ray of hope’ when asked about the negotiations so far.

"Asha ki kiran dikh rahi hai. Bahut achha mahol banta ja raha hai (There is a ray of hope. A positive atmosphere is making)," Ravi Shankar told the media.

Art of Living founder on Friday also met All India Muslim Personal Law Board's Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali and said to media that he and AIMPLB's Mahali agree that "we have to build bridges."

The spiritual leader had claimed to have acknowledged "very good and positive signs" from both the communities however the stakeholders in the case were less positive.

Several stakeholders have an unenthusiastic and sceptical reaction to his offer to act as a mediator in the Ram Mandir concern. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also did not sound very affirmative on the upshot of Ravi Shankar's attempts and recommended that the Supreme Court’s orders be waited for.
