Beijing: An explosion of low intensity took place near US Embassy complex in the capital of China , Beijing. This is the one of the high-security areas of the city.

“It was a very low intensity blast close to the Indian Embassy (near US Embassy), no reports of fatalities or injury, police is investigating, there was no harm to Indian Embassy or any staff: Sources on blast in Chinese capital Beijing.” As ANI tweeted.

 Worth mention here No casualties have been reported in the Indian Embassy so far, which is located near the US embassy in Beijing. The device used for the blast is considered to have been of a low-intensity, as ANI reports said. As per the most recent information, it was confirmed that a low intensity devise applied and all Indians in the area were harmless and not a single Indian casualty was reported in spite of the Indian embassy being in the surrounding area of the US Embassy complex.

Photos shared on micro blogging website Twitter showed a large quantity of smoke and what appeared to be police vehicles surrounding the huge structure in northeastern Beijing on Thursday afternoon. The police are yet to give a statement on the blast and have not confirmed its nature.
