The attention that she got was more because of her fitness and less of the acting skills. She is giving body goals to everyone at this age. She knows what makes her so fit and feels fine while sharing the same with everyone.

1.Workout:
Exercise is a must, she workouts and tries to stay healthy and fit. You can achieve almost everything you want if you are fit for your body, mind and soul. Just like food, workouts are equally important for the body.


2.Yoga
She is one of the most enthusiastic people for Yoga, she has launched her own yoga DVD. She came into this field only after she got a severe injury to her neck. She opted for yoga as a therapy but then she really liked the idea of taking it into her real life. 
Shilpa Shetty won the reality show in Uk names Big brother and gained the popularity not only in India but in the United Kingdom as well. 


3.Diet plan
Apart from the workout and yoga, she believes that proper diet is very important to stay healthy and fit. She follows a strict diet. The following is her diet plan
Breakfast: Her mornings start with aloe vera juice to beautify her skin. She then has some tea along with porridge.

Lunch: Brown Rice/ chapatti, dal, vegetables and chicken curry.
Evening: Brown bread with 2 eggs 
Dinner: Salad, soup and any preferred chicken dish.
