After spending the whole night in the Jodhpur jail, Bollywood actor Salman Khan's bail hearing came up on Friday 11.30am.His case number was 24.

Jodhpur court decided that Salman Khan's bail plea verdict will be pronounced tomorrow consequentially he has to stay in jail today also.

Meanwhile, ANI reported that his lawyer claimed to have received threat calls last night. The lawyer in his press meet alleged that the calls were made from Dubai and Australia, and were ostensibly done by the Ravi Pujari gang, asking him to go away the case.

“Yesterday I got threatening SMSes and internet calls warning me not to appear for Salman Khan in bail hearing today: Mahesh Bora, Salman's Counsel said on Black Buck Case at Jodhpur Court.

Yesterday a Jodhpur court pronounced ruling in the 19-year-old blackbuck poaching case and found guilty to Salman Khan, sentencing him to five years in prison. Other accused Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu - were given the profit of doubt and set free.

This is the fourth time Salman was sent to Jodhpur jail. Earlier, he spent 18 days in the jail at different times in 1998, 2006 and 2007 - all in poaching cases. Every time, he was set free on bail.

The actor is prime accused of hunting down two blackbucks in Kankani village near Jodhpur on the intervening night of October 1 and 2, 1998.
