New Delhi [India] Jun 16 (NT): As the entire country is geared up for the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr, Bollywood biggies also poured their greetings to wish on the holy occasion to their fans.

Bollywood celebrities took to their favorite social media Twitter handle to extend their wishes to their followers.

The Bollywood icon and megastar Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, "T 2837 - Eid Mubarak .. peace and love and affection."

Bollywood  King Shah Rukh Khan also shared a lovable picture of his younger son Abram and himself with the caption, "Love is always only in the eyes..here's all of ours to u on Eid. Eid Mubarak to everyone & may ur families be happy & healthy."

"#EidMubarak Sabko ???? Awwal Allah Noor Upaya .. Qudrat Ke Sab Bande," tweeted Punjabi singer turned actor Diljit Dosanjh.

Ashiqui 2 fame Actor Shraddha Kapoor wrote, "Eid Mubarak to everyone! Wishing you all health, prosperity, peace, harmony & all things wonderful."

Eid-ul-Fitr marks the ending of the fasting month of Ramzan, is an important pious holiday celebrated by Muslims international.

On a related note the festival is celebrated on the first day of Shawwal which is the 10th month of Islamic lunar calendar.
