The "Modern Day Maharaja" Jinder Mahal is the current 50th WWE champion and first Indian as WWE champion has the toughest opponent to face at Survivor Series, The conqueror himself ‘the Beast’ Brock Lesnar. WWE plans for a champion versus champion match at the Survivor Series pay-per-view between Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion Jinder Mahal. As Survivor series feature the battle between Raw brand versus SmackDown brand.

Due to Lesnar and Mahal currently holding the world championships, the belief is that both men will serve as the representative of their brand for this match and that the buildup will follow that same logic. WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal will be in India this December. It was reported that this match will be a non-title match and it seems to be positioned as the main event for Survivor Series.

This will mark Lesnar’s second time headlining Survivor Series following his match with Goldberg which lasts for a minute and 24 seconds in 2016 and will spot the first time Lesnar and Mahal have faced each other in a match. Mahal and Lesnar have little to no history or connections during their career and have been onscreen together once back in 2013 when Lesnar demolished Mahal and the other members of 3MB. But now Jinder has rebuilt and emerged himself as the top face in the blue brand.
