A case of murder has been brought out by kidnapping a businessman from Sultanpuri police station area. The businessman's body was found on Thursday night in the Kavinagar area of Ghaziabad with the sewer. Families have accused two builders of kidnapping and murder. On 9th November the family also faced a phone call for ransom. The police have started investigations. 

 

According to the police, Rakesh Saxena (26) was living in Sharma's Colony of Budh Vihar along with his family members. His Brahmakakti Hospital had e-rickshaw showrooms. On the evening of November 7, he left the car from the house. After that he did not return home, the relatives contacted the mobile at night. His phone got switched off. After quite a search, the families lodged a complaint of abduction in Sultanpuri police station. 

On Thursday night, the body of Rakesh, wrapped in a sheet with sewage in the poet town area of Ghaziabad was found. There was a mark of injury on his face and the cloth in his mouth was jammed. The police suspected that the body would be put here and killed in some other place. After identification, police brought a dead body to Delhi on Friday. After the post-mortem on Saturday, the body was handed over to the family members. Police officials say that two youths are being questioned in custody. 

Shortly after leaving the house, he sent a message to his friend Sandeep's mobile. It said that he is present in Sector 32 Rohini with two builders of Rohini. They are having some doubts. So he is sending numbers and names of both builders. After knowing about Rakesh not getting in touch with him for a long time, Sandeep gave the information of his message to his father Anil. The next day the relatives reached the police station and told the police everything and showed the son's message. 

Family members protested against the murder of Rakesh, his family members and relatives blocked the Kanjawla Road. They accused police personnel of negligence. They alleged that even after the names and number of suspects were given to the police, they did not even try to find Rakesh.
