Myth: Many people believe that coconut oil causes the heart disease.The reason for this myth is that there is a high amount of saturated fat, although advanced research has proved that naturally fat foods do not harm your heart.

Myth: It is believed that the taste of coconut oil is like coconut. While this oil refined and virgin / cold press comes in two forms and not all varieties are coconut flavors. Refined coconut oil does not have any smell or taste so that they can be easily used in food. However, hydrogenated coconut oil should not be consumed at any cost, it can make synthetic trout fat. Include coconut oil in your diet which is refined from the natural and chemical-free process.

Myth: It is also myth associated with coconut oil that cholesterol is high in it, whereas the truth is that this oil is made of medium-chain triglycerides, which is used effectively by our body. They help in maintaining better profiles. This means that when the body has more cholesterol content, it reduces its level and increases the level of good cholesterol.
