It is often seen that people are not happy with their jobs but they do not change jobs. Recently people have found an interesting research about this attitude.

According to the research, people usually start hating their jobs while coming to age 35. In a survey by Robert Hoff UK Company, 2,000 workers were included. It found that older workers are more relieved than their jobs compared to new workers. Not only this, by the age of 35, a worker from every 6 workers is not happy with his job.

At the same time, one-third of the workers above 55 years said that they were not appreciated for their work. While 16% of the workers said that they had no friends in the workplace. It was also revealed in the research that those who are in higher rank are more stressed.

At the same time, there is more stress in people who do not go further in their careers. Yes, it is different that their salaries are much higher, but their life starts getting as much tough. Carrie Cooper, a researcher at Manchester Business School, says that there is a time when either you do not achieve success, you have either fully raised your work or your experience has given you the feeling that the family is more important .

Cooper says that there is only one way to get out of this sadness that making friends on workplaces can improve this situation even if you do not have time to hang out with people.
