The Unnao, Uttar Pradesh rape case which has resulted in massive outrage of Indian public in harmony of the crime that was done with the girl. Notably, On April 13 Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) has arrested the prime accused of the case, BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar.

The rape case is also assisted with the murder case of victim’s father in which the MLA also have a part. Now, when the case is about o complete its ninety days the CBI had filed a charge sheet against the five accused of victim’s father’s death.

The BJP MLA with his brother Atul Singh Sengar were among those five charge-sheeted persons.

Anil Kumar, the Investigative Officer of the case filed the sheet with 363 (kidnapping), 366 (abduction of woman), 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against the main accused, Kuldeep.

Notably, the girl was raped last year by the BJP MLA. Victim’s family alleged that Atul Singh Sengar has also raped the minor girl with his companions. Later, when his father denied to take back the FIR against the culprits they killed him inside jail only.
