Heart diseases have become a prominent cause of deaths across the world. Ever wondered what would you do if you discover someone succumbing into the arms of a cardiac arrest, right in front of you. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a first aid given to a patient encountered by a heart attack. It is a 3 step procedure which has saved the lives of many. CPR involves no machine. It is an entirely manual process. Refer to the following steps, to accomplish a PCR procedure. 

1. Press the patient's chest, to increase the blood flow. Rub it back and forth with your hands.

2. close the patient's nose with your hands. Blow air into the patient's mouth to aid in respiration.

3. Close the patient's mouth. Blow air into the patient's nose to aid respiration.

In this while, call the ambulance. By the time you are done with the CPR, the Ambulance can come to take over the condition and get hold of the situation.
