  The researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center says that exercising can reduce the risk of cancer. As this is already researched by the doctors that people suffering and showing symptoms of childhood cancer when started exercising they automatically recovered from their disease soon. As we know nowadays there is no particular reason why people suffer from a disease like cancer. We cannot destroy it completely but we can at least try to protect and prevent our body from the bacteria.  

It's been observed that young age people suffer more from this. People below the age of 21 are getting infected from it. We should try to start and make it a routine of our day to day life. It requires at least a period of 8 years to develop the antibacterial in our body which can fight the organism of cancer. At least a low level of exercise should be started from the young age only.

Exercise not only gives you a healthy body but also a healthy mind. You will feel young even in your old age when you do exercise. It will make you fit and active. These findings may be of importance for the large and rapidly growing global population of adult survivors of childhood cancer at substantially higher risk of mortality due to multiple competing risks said researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
