How to make Chicken Tandoori
Step 1
Wash the chicken leg pieces and pat them dry. Prepare a marinade with yoghurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, mustard oil, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste. When the marinade is ready, apply it all over the chicken legs and let them marinate overnight.
Step 2
Next day, take out the leg pieces and apply ghee all over the marinated leg pieces. Put them on a barbecue and roast them well. Transfer them to a bowl when done.
Step 3
If you enjoy smoky flavours, cover these leg pieces with a bowl containing heated charcoal and butter for about two minutes. When done, serve with mint chutney and onion-lemon salad.
