Ingredients:
2 - 3 potatoes (sliced in long pieces)
1 capsicum (chopped into pieces)
2 onions (sliced)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons carrot

Chilly sauce
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce
1 large spoon refined oil to fry

 

Method:
First, cut the potatoes long enough, wash it with water and dry well for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix the ararot
into the potatoes and mix well.

Heat oil and fry it until it turns out to be golden. Put a big spoon of oil in a separate pan and fry the onions and capsicum.

Put chopped tomatoes and roast well. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt until tomatoes roasted. Mix fried potatoes and black pepper.

Turn off the gas and serve hot with evening tea.
