Often, when there is no choice between two people, they start getting irritated with each other. But do you know when the choice of two people for a brand is different then it has an effect on their relationship. Yes, recently the research has indicated something like this. Scientists say that liking different brands can affect the happiness that comes in the relationship.

Professor Gawan Fitzsmans at Duke University in the US says that people feel that the depth of the relationship increases when both of them are from the same background, religion or education field. But these things can not tell you exactly how happy you are, as much as your likes and dislikes about the brand.

During the research the researchers found that the partner who is weak in relations and who is unable to change the behavior of his partner, begins to tend towards his partner's favorite brand. Daniele Brick of the University of New Hampshire said that couples are not different when there is no liking for the brand, but the happiness of the weak partner decreases consistently.

This research was done on couples based on the brand of soda, coffee, chocolate, beer and automobiles. But the results came the same every time.
