The dynastic approach being adopted in various important areas, including politics and is a cause of great concern. This has closed the door for opportunities for the common man. BJP MP Varun Gandhi expressed this concern while addressing the program organized by Karnataka Chamber of Commerce on 'The Roads of India: Opportunities and Challenges' on Monday.

He said, "How can we open doors for more people in politics? Everyone knows that dynasty approach is going on in politics. There are some families in every state, district, and country, which are in this field and not allowing new members to enter. It is unfortunate but true." He also regretted that no significant area is deprived of the dynasty approach.

Varun said that if we look at the film industry, sports, politics, and industry, almost everyone's doors have been closed for the common man. He said, "You are a talented young man who grew up in a small town. You have enough knowledge, courage, and ability, but what will you do? Many times it goes to waste due to dynasticism. It is sad."

BJP MP Varun Gandhi also acknowledged that if he had not grown up in the political family, then perhaps he would not be in politics. On the slow pace of innovation in India, Varun said that there was a shortage of funds in this area. He said that China spends three percent of its GDP on research and development, while India spends only 0.6 percent. Keeping in view the second reason for the failure of innovation, the BJP MP said that 93 percent of the start-up in India failed because the investors did not give enough time to develop this venture.
