The Congress is preparing to form the OBC organization of the party at the booth level within the next few months with the objective of connecting other backward classes with them in the wake of upcoming Lok Sabha elections and assembly elections.

Recently, the OBC Department of the party, organizing the National Backward Classes Conference in Delhi, is currently focusing most of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan in formulating an organization to the lower level, where assembly elections will be held a few months later.

The OBC Department says that it will give proper representation to all the castes of other backward classes in their booth, block, district and state level organizations while preparing the organization at the booth level. "We can reach all the castes and groups of OBC society only when we have an organization," said Tamradhwaj Sahu, president, and MP of the OBC Department of Congress. He further said, "At regional level and district level, we will have to create an organization keeping in mind the OBC society at the booth level. We are working in this direction."

Tamradhwaj Sahu said, "Our OBC department will work together with the local level organization and the main organization of the party." At the same time, he also said that "The work of building local level organizations is going on fast and we hope that within the next few months we will form an organization across the country. First, the construction of the organization will be completed in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan "

He said, "There are many castes in OBC, which have not got political representation. We will represent all these castes in our organization." It is noteworthy that on June 11, Congress President Rahul Gandhi had said in the National Backward Classes Conference that people of OBC society will get proper representation in party organization.
