Ingredients for Corn Pakode:

Soft corn - 4
Corn Flour - 2-3 tablespoons
Green Coriander (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tbsp (Paste)
Green Chili -2 (Finely Chopped)
Coriander Powder - ½ teaspoon
Red chili powder - ½ teaspoon
Salt - ¾ teaspoon or as per taste
Oilforfryingpakodas

How to make Corn Pakoda:

To make corn pakodas, first, grate the corn and take the pulp from it. Now to prepare the mixture, take pulp in the cup, add corn flour and mix it well.

Then put coriander powder, ginger paste, finely chopped green chilies, red chilies, salt and a little finely chopped green coriander in it. Mix all the ingredients well. The mixture is now ready to make pakode. Put oil in a pan and heat it.

When the oil becomes hot, put some mixture with the spoon into the oil. Flip the dumplings until turn golden brown.

When it is done, remove the pakodas on napkin paper in a plate, prepare the remaining pakodas in the same way. The hot fried crispy pakodas are ready.
