Deepika Padukone, the lady who gained a lot in very less time is an idol for his fan base. Now the actress is getting a huge tribute and honor in the form of wax statue among the legends. Her statue with will be located at the London and Delhi based Madame Tussauds museum.

The ‘Padmaavat’ actress took to Facebook and announced the news live with full of excitement. On Monday, she informed that the statue will be revealed in London early next year while the other statue at her own nation will be unveiled later.

She expressed: “I am so delighted. Sitting with the team of experts was a special experience and I look forward to it,”

Notably, Deepika met experts of Madame Tussauds in London for the measurement. The artist has taken around 200 measurements and photographs of her in order to portrait a correct and alike statue.

Full of happiness, the actress also revealed that when was the last time she visited the museum. She stated that she witnessed the art of London’s Madame Tussauds with her parents when she was very young. “That memory has sort of stayed with me," she expressed "And then to receive the letter and be a part of the experience feels great.” She further added.

Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar are some celebrities who have claimed their places in the museum already.
