New Delhi: Congress is attacking continously to the NDA government on the Rafale Deal. It has claimed that Modi govrenment has done this for the benefit of the big industrialists. Now it is defense minister Nirmala Sitharaman who responded to the allegations made by AK Atony.

Responding to the allegations she said that  Deal didn't happen during UPA. What also didn't happen during UPA was that b/w HAL&Dassault they couldn't agree on production terms. So HAL&Rafale couldn't go together. Doesn't that very clearly say who didn't go together with HAL, under which govt did that happen?

It have been almost two months Congress is targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Rafale deal. It has aimed the government to "violate the procedures" in the Rafale air strike. Senior party leader and former Defense Minister AK Antony asked, "What is the government trying to hide from the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC)?"

The Supreme Court postponed the hearing on a PIL filed against India and France for the purchase of Rafael fighter planes on OCtober 10. In this plea, a request has been made to stop the agreement for Rafael fighters has been made on September 23, 2016.
