New Delhi: In a wicked development in the national capital when Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash was physically assaulted and slapped by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs at the dwelling of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal late Monday night. 

In a recent development, in his press conference, DN Singh asserted this whole incident as  constitutional crisis and warned to launched a strike as saying, "We have urged LG to take legal action against those responsible. This is like a constitutional crisis, never seen such a thing happen in the past many years,” said DN Singh, Delhi Administrative Subordinate Services President on alleged assault of Delhi Chief Secy Anshu Prakash

As per Reports said the top Delhi bureaucrat was also manhandled by at least two AAP MLAs during a meeting on the door-to-door release of essential government services.

The Delhi Indian Administrative Services Association has organized a meeting at around noon today to talk about the matter. A decision to lodge an FIR in the case is expected to be taken at the meeting.

Sources told Times Now that all the MLAs were in attendance at the meeting and the unpleasant incident happened in front of Delhi CM Kejriwal.

According to sources, Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash was manhandled and physically assaulted by at least two MLAs and One of them even snatched the Chief Secretary’s collar and pushed him around. Among the two MLAs who assaulted the bureaucrat was close allies to CM  Kejriwal aide Amanatullah Khan.
