In a rare light-hearted moment captured on camera, women police officers in Delhi grooved to a popular Haryanvi song 'Teri Aakhya Ka Yo Kajal' during a recent event. On Saturday, March 30, the event called 'Suno Saheli' was organised for the South-West District Police under the aegis of All Women Sampark Sabha. Here it is to be noted that during the event, as the popular Sapna Choudhary track began to play, some policewomen took to the stage and started dancing.

However, it is worth mention here that soon, what started off with just three to four cops evolved into a mini dance party. Here it is worth mention that a cop even pulled IPS officer Benita Mary Jaiker to the stage to shake a leg with them - which she sportingly did.

On Twitter, many applauded the video and praised Delhi Police. Here it is to be noted that actor and dancer Sapna Choudhary shot to fame after her stint in Bigg Boss. Earlier in the show, in 2018, she was among the most-searched persons on Google. Amid this a recent news was flushes that The former Bigg Boss contestant is likely to campaign in constituencies where there are a sizeable number of Jat and Purvanchali voters and in rural pockets of northeast, northwest Delhi, south and west parliamentary constituencies, sources said, adding that she will herself make the announcement. Chaudhary had met Tiwari earlier as well triggering speculations about her joining the BJP but sources confirmed that she is not joining the party now, but will be a key part of its campaign.
