The defamation case filed against Kapil Mishra by the Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain for levelling corruption charges against him will be heard by the Delhi High court today.Jain's lawyer Gautam Baweja said the Tis Hazari Court has taken cognizance of the matter.
Mishra had that he saw Jain giving Rs 2 crore in cash to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his residence.
He also alleged that Jain helped Kejriwal's relatives to secure farm house land deals in Delhi.
