On Friday, the president of United States of America, Donald Trump articulated the sudden hospitalisation of his wife Melania. She had a huge operation which lasted for four to five hours. The issue had risen in her kidney. She is doing well now.

Because of doctor's strict orders not to fly for a month or so to the first lady, Donald had to travel alone attending the meeting in Canada and Singapore. 
Donald Trump also said that now the first lady is doing fine right there, by there he meant the white house. 
The suspicion had risen as to what happened that she wasn’t visible in public right from the middle of may. Her absence has accelerated people’s mind with all sort of stories. Not only now, but there have been stroies  that they're trying to hide the real reason in name of medication.  It is also rumoured that she has packed her bag and has left for moving back to The family penthouse in New York. 

Trump also added  “And she wanted to go. Can’t fly for one month, the doctors say. ...She is a great first lady,” 
The theories are going to be adverse until the media doesn't find out, after all what is wrong with the first lady
