1. Trikonasana

Its a simple yoga and beginners will get a number of benefits by adding this to their list. The person who is facing the problem of back pain and stiffness in the body can find relief by trying this pose and can get flexibility in their body. This Asana is very good for the complete stretch of your body like the stretch of your arms, muscles, waist, spine, leg muscles. It's also beneficial for the balance of the body, it releases stress and relaxes the mind. But pregnant ladies, people with a severe problem of back pain and any other critical illness should avoid this asana.

2.  Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Trying this Mountain pose for 10-15 times daily can give relief to a person from stress, depression and fatigue. 4. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

5. Sukhasna

It is basic yoga posture that can be done while sitting with cross legs and in Dhyan Mudra. This asana is beneficial for children too as it improves their height increasing ability, confidence and inner calm. It advantaged in the flexibility of body, the betterment of digestion system and blood circulation. People suffering from chronic diseases, back pain should avoid this.
