Eat healthy by preparing Beetroot Sesame Stuffed Paratha


50 g whole wheat flour
1 medium beetroot
1 g sesame
1 g cumin Powder
1 g coriander powder
0.5 g green chilli
0.5 g chat Masala
1 g salt
1 g Asafoetida powder
2 tsp olive oil


1. Grate the beetroot and add sesame seeds, cumin powder, chopped green chillies, coriander powder, chaat masala, Asafoetida powder and salt

2. Mix well, the stuffing is ready

3. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water

4. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust them with some flour and shape each portion into a ball

5. Make a dent in the centre of the dough ball and then add a tablespoon of the stuffing into it

6. Then gather the edges, press into a seal and roll into balls

7. Flatten them lightly, dust with a little flour and roll into a paratha

8. Heat a non-stick tava and cook paratha in oil, turning sides till both are equally golden.
