Ingredients:
 
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup 
 
Eggs - 3-4
 
Onions - 2
 
Green Chilli - 3
 
Red Chilli Powder 
 
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp 
 
Coriander Powder - T Spoon 
 
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp 
 
Coriander leaves
 
Salt - according to the taste (salt)
 
Oil 
 
Method:
 
1.Put wheat flour and salt in a bowl and mix it. Now add little water to it and knead the dough. Now cover the dough and keep it in the side for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the onions and green chilies finely.Now add oil to the pan and heat it. Now add finely chopped onions and green chillies and cook it.
3.Now after light brown, add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it. Now break one egg and stir it well and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Now add coriander leaves.
4.Now take a small part of dough and put some egg mixture in it and cover it from the four sides and make a round.
5. Now heat the pan. After that, put the paratha on the pan and put oil on both sides. Egg paratha is ready.
