In Connaught Place in Lutyens' Delhi An 8-year-old girl, who was sleeping on a footpath along with her parents was allegedly raped by an acquaintance, as per stated by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'The minor girl was picked up by the accused who used to work as a sweeper in the area. He then took her to a desolate spot and sexually assaulted her'
The victim's parents later informed the police about the incident. The police are in search to arrest the accused.
