England defeated Sri Lanka by 18 runs in the fourth ODI match by Duckworth-Lewis method and with this victory England have taken an unbeatable 3-0 lead in the five-match series. The first match of the series was canceled due to rain, after which England have defeated Sri Lanka three consecutive matches. In this match Sri Lanka first scored 273 runs for 7 wickets.

From the side of Srilanka, opener Nirosho Dikewala scored 52 but after his wicket   Sri Lankan team was in trouble and lost 5 wickets on 154 but lower-order batsman Dasunankarca (66) and Thisara Perera (44) and helped Srilanka in making score of 273 runs.
