Paneer is an extremely popular ingredient which is found and cooked in every household. Even from the 5 stars to the restaurant to cafes, dishes made with Paneer(cottage cheese) is easily available.

There is hardly anyone who doesn't like the dish made with Paneer. But if you have become bored after eating a similar vegetable of paneer, then today we will talk about the recipe for making Paneer Matar Biryani. Trust us, this dish too delicious to taste.

Ingredients for Paneer Matar Biryani: 80 grams onion, 1 tsp green chilli, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp water, 190 ml tomato puree, 1/2 tsp red chilli, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp sugar, 1/2 Teaspoon methi seeds, 80 ml of water, 140 gram paneer, 80 grams of green peas (boiled), 1/2 tsp salt, Oil 140 grams onion, 1 tbsp of water, 400 grams cooked brown rice, 1/2 tsp salt or according to taste

Recipe to make Paneer Matar Biryani:

1. To make Paneer Matar Biryani, first take a pan and put oil in it. After oil gets warm, first add chopped onion in the pan and fry for a little while on a light flame.

2. After the frying of onions, add green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and some water to it. Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, garam masala powder, sugar and manti and mix well.

3- Now add little water and cook it well.

4- Now add cottage cheese, boiled green peas and 1/2 tsp salt and mix well and then remove from the gas.

5- Now take another pan and put oil and then add onion in a pan and fry until it becomes brown on low flame. Now add some water to it.

6- Now add pre-cooked brown rice and 1/2 tsp salt to it and mix well and take it off the flame.

7- Now take a large vessel, spread brown rice evenly. Now spread the prepared cottage cheese on it. Now again spread a layer of brown rice on it.

8-Now heat the oven 400 ° F / 200 ° C and bake it for 8-10 minutes.

9-Paneer Matar Biryani is ready. Serve it hot with fruit rayta or boondi rayta.
