1- If you want to make your skin beautiful and soft, then do Kapalbhati and Pranayam for everyday rules and procedures, by doing this, your lungs will be cleansed, if you keep them for 6 months continuously then your skin will get shine.

2- Rub your face skin with a soft towel while bathing everyday, you should only do this for a minute or two, doing so will result in tightening in your skin and also the skin will become soft.

3- Massage your hair and neck with aloe vera gel everyday.

4- Beauty is very important for sleeping, so it should take at least 8 hours of sleep in a day. Otherwise, the dark circles fall under the eyes.
