New Delhi: Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Manoj Tiwari is in a big trouble as an FIR has been registered against him for illegally breaking the lock of a sealed house on Tuesday.

The FIR has been launched under Sections 188 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 461 and 465 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC) Act. The Delhi President was protesting against the ongoing sealing drive and during the protest he illegaly broke the lock of a sealed house. A video clip of Tiwari breaking a sealed lock of a house in an unauthorised colony went viral on social media.

According to news agency ANI, in response to this, Tiwari said that Till now Aam Aadmi Party used to allege that we were getting sealing done. Now when we are opposing sealing then they are supporting the same and claiming that we are breaking the law. The DeIhi president further added challenged, Cm Arvind Kejriwal to visit the colonies and answer the public in Delhi.  He further added taht AAP won 67 seats out of 70 because they have promised that unauthorised colonies will be regularised and roads will be notified but nothing as such has happened.

Delhi BJP president have planned to file a counter FIR against the FIR against him and said that he will also goto file an FIR. The property has been sealed by claiming it to be a dairy whereas it is a very small place for any such activity.
