Testosterone falls into a category of hormones called the androgens.

These androgens also include estrogens and progesterone along with the testosterone.

Where estrogens and progesterone are believed to be involved in maintaining the sexual health of a female, Testosterones also play an important role in controlling the sexual functions.

It works to control several aspects of a woman’s sexuality, like her fertility, sex drive, RBC ( Red Blood Cells) in production in her body, and many others.

The reduction in the amount of Testosterone leads to a reduction in the fertility, low sex drive, putting on weight, irregular menstruation, reduced bone density. The major symptom of the issue is dryness in the Vagina.

Well, to inform you, the level of hormone starts falling, after a woman crosses a certain age.
