Those who fast during Navratri's days eat dishes made with potatoes. Potato can be cooked in a variety of ways and eaten as fruit, so let's talk about how we make potato pakoras.

1. Potato-Banana Pakode

Ingredients:
-Boiled raw bananas
-Boiled potatoes
-Kattu flour
-Green chilli
-Green coriander
-
Grinded and roasted peanut
-Oil or ghee
-Rock salt

Recipe: 1. Mash the bananas first and mix it with the kuttu flour and rock salt and prepare the paste. Now mash the potatoes and add finely chopped green chilies and coriander, peanuts and salt.

2. Make small spheres of the mixture of potatoes and dip into the flour mixture.

3. Now add ghee to one pan and when it becomes hot, add these balls to it and fry till it becomes golden. When all the balls are ready, serve it with a green chutney.


2. Ingredients for making apple kheer:
Apple - about 500 g
Milk-full cream 1 liter
Sugar - 100 grams
Nuts - Cashew nuts, raisins, pistachios
Cardamom - 3 to 4
Baking soda - half a spoon

Recipe-

1. To make Kheer, first wash the apple thoroughly and remove the seeds. After that, grate the apples.

2. After this, boil the milk in a deep vessel until it becomes thick. When the milk gets thickened, add baking soda to the milk and then add the grated apple and cook it again.

3. Once the milk powder is thickened, add sugar and chopped nuts and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes. After that put the grated cardamom and put off the gas. Your kheer is ready and it can also be eaten cold to enhance its flavor.
