With festive enthusiasm in the air, people from corner to corner of the country, distinctively in the southern region of India, are in the midst of getting ready to give grand welcome for Jesus Christ and Santa Claus on the auspicious occasion of X' mas.

As we know that X’mas is a festival that celebrates as the birthday of Jesus Christ, and marked on December 25 as a religious and cultural festivity among billions of people approximately all the region of the globe.

From Holy perspective sideways, this festival is well-known for sharing gifts and distributing joy transversely among all communities.

 With this perspective and tradition, the people of the country having liability for just the same.

 To give an economical touch to the market, In Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala, Christmas bazaar has been set up and are being marked a large number of people coming to decide on a tree and decorations of their preference.

For this Special moment, in Kochi, the Centre for enhancement and Empowerment will give welcome to Christmas celebrations for specially-abled students from across the city. Over 140 students from four schools in Kochi took part in the function, and were seen joyfully clapping their hands and dancing to the tune of 'Jingle Bells'.

Since the cake is an important part of Christmas celebrations, a theme-based cake show is planned in Coimbatore city of Tamil Nadu, where cakes of different varieties such as badminton theme, cricket theme, sea coral-shaped cakes and so on were put on the show.

These cakes, the organizer informed, will be exhibited till New Year, after which that will be given to orphanages.(NT)
